ENTOMBED: Encerrada a disputa judicial pelo nome da banda!

A disputa judicial pelo nome da ENTOMBED se arrastava desde 2014, de um lado estava L-G Petrov (que eventualmente formou a Entombed A.D.) e do outro Nicke Andersson, Ulf "Uffe" Cederlund e Alex Hellid.

No dia 17 de maio de 2017 a Corte Sueca deu causa ganha para Hellid, Cederlund e Andersson,  e  L-G Petrov poderá continuar a usar o nome Entombed A.D.

"ENTOMBED TRADEMARK RULING

The Swedish Court of First Instance (Patent and Market Court (PMD) at Stockholm District Court) on 17th May 2017 ruled on the long running case brought by Alex Hellid, together with Nicke Andersson and Uffe Cederlund, regarding the trademark name “Entombed”, finding in their favour on all points.

"Naturally we are delighted with the decision of the Courts! It's a great relief that this issue is now finally ruled on and we can return to focusing on giving people more Entombed. We have discussed ideas and plans of what we want to do and look forward to working together on creating the best possible Entombed for the future, both in the recording studio and in a live setting." - Alex Hellid, Nicke Andersson, Uffe Cederlund.
